HOW DO I SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
New customers should click the Create an Account link and follow the instructions.

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Add a book to your basket using the ‘Add to basket’ button. You can view your cart by clicking on the icon on the top right of the page. You can then start the secure checkout process by clicking the ‘Checkout’ button.

Credit card details should only be entered via our secure website. Please do not supply us with your credit or debit card details via email.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card through PayPal at the time of order. 

CAN YOU SEND MY BOOKS TO A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Your books can be sent to a different delivery address at no additional cost. Please enter your desired delivery address during the checkout process. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY BOOKS ARE DAMAGED?
